From proposition to MVP
MVP development established product building as a central part of the engagement. The scope paired the first product with web development, bringing the platform and its public presence into the same conversation.
We blend strategy, creativity, and technology to help brands grow, connect, and stand out in an ever-evolving digital world.

A specialist industry deserves a specialist platform.

01 / The brief
MineHire brings a sector-specific perspective to recruitment technology. Wilco’s scope combined web and MVP development with brand identity, digital marketing strategy and analytics for a mining recruitment platform serving South Africa, Africa and a wider global market.
Mining recruitment operates in a specialist context. A general-purpose presentation can miss the language and priorities of the industry. The platform needed a distinct identity and a digital foundation appropriate to the people and organisations it intended to connect.
The guiding idea
02 / Our contribution
MVP development established product building as a central part of the engagement. The scope paired the first product with web development, bringing the platform and its public presence into the same conversation.
Brand identity gave MineHire a dedicated expression within Recruit Tech. The brief connected a specialist recruitment proposition with the visual and verbal identity needed to introduce it to its market.
Digital marketing strategy and data and performance analytics extended the engagement beyond development. The remit included how the proposition would reach its market and how its digital activity would be understood.
03 / The engagement
MineHire’s documented engagement spans product, website, brand and marketing. It demonstrates Wilco’s role in building a platform and the identity around it. Placement volumes, user adoption and commercial results are not asserted without supporting data.
