A managed commerce foundation
Shopify management formed the operational foundation of the project. The store was the place where the brand’s visual world met the customer’s need to explore products and make a purchase.
We blend strategy, creativity, and technology to help brands grow, connect, and stand out in an ever-evolving digital world.

Distinctive style. A clearer path to purchase.

01 / The brief
Zeitgeist brings a recognisable point of view to South African fashion. Wilco’s engagement connected that identity with the practical work of ecommerce: Shopify management, digital marketing strategy, Google Ads and performance analytics.
For a fashion label, commercial clarity and creative identity have to coexist. Customers arrive with different intentions, from discovering a collection to finding a specific piece. The digital experience needs to support that range without flattening the character that makes the brand worth seeking out.
The guiding idea
02 / Our contribution
Shopify management formed the operational foundation of the project. The store was the place where the brand’s visual world met the customer’s need to explore products and make a purchase.
Digital marketing strategy and Google Ads brought a commercial lens to the engagement. The scope connected the direction of the brand’s marketing with a channel designed to reach people expressing interest and intent.
Data and performance analytics sat alongside store management and acquisition. This made performance a shared part of the engagement, rather than a separate reporting exercise.
03 / The engagement
The Wilco proposal reports 220% return on ad spend for the engagement. The wider story is the combination of store management, strategy and paid acquisition around a distinctive local fashion brand.
